St. Patrick's Day Yoga
Start your day with this 60 minute relaxing rejuvenating class.
You will engage your mind, body and spirit, through breathing work, movement,
music, and guided meditation. All yoga levels are welcome!
Refreshments will be available.
Come dressed in your most festive attire! Prize for the best outfit.
Dont forget your mat and water.
